The short version

We collect the minimum data needed to run your account and generate your invoices. We don't sell your data, we don't show you ads, and we don't share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

What we collect

When you use timezappy, we store the information you provide to run the service:

  • Your email address and a hashed password (for authentication)
  • Your organization details (business name, address)
  • Your client information (company, contact, billing details)
  • Time entries you log (date, hours, description)
  • Invoices generated from your time entries

Sensitive data

Bank account details you provide for invoice payment instructions (account number, routing number, and bank name) are encrypted at rest. This information is only used to display payment details on your invoices.

What we never do

  • Sell or rent your data to anyone
  • Share your information with third parties for marketing
  • Display advertisements
  • Track you across other websites

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — your organization, clients, time entries, and invoices — is permanently removed.
